In 2024, LWOW Sprint teams are comprised of 2-3 Student Hackers (law and/or business school students), 2-4 Lead Hackers (placed on team by Sponsor), and a support team of an Innovation Coach, Project Manager and a Mentor per team.

Each LWOW team is comprised of 2-4 law and/or business school students and a mix of 3-4 team leaders and mentors. To develop cultural competency, teaming, leadership skills, and, importantly, the most creative solutions, the teams are purposefully diverse in terms of age, culture, expertise, and experience.
