Where do I stay at Sprint 2026?
LWOW strongly recommends booking accommodations in Carcavelos, Portugal, walking distance of the NOVA School of Business and Economics campus (SBE), where Sprint 2026 will be held.
While Carcavelos has fewer hotel options than central Lisbon (30 minutes away by car or train), staying locally is intentional. The 2 main hotels in Carcavelos are close to one another, making it easy for the LWOW community to come together for meals, informal meet-ups, and shared walks to and from Sprint sessions. Staying in Carcavelos helps create a connected, immersive Sprint experience, while still offering easy access to Lisbon and other coastal towns, if attendees wish to explore before and after the Sprint.
When should I arrive for the LWOW Sprint 2026?
Attendees should check in to their hotels by Thursday, 12 March 2026 and may depart on Monday, 16 March 2026.
Attendees should book their hotel rooms from 12–16 March 2026 (4 nights).

These hotels are <5 minutes walk from each other and a 25 minute walk to the campus where Sprint 2026 will be held. See below.
Note: All rates below include buffet breakfast (starting at 7am), Wi-Fi, and 6% VAT. City tax may be extra. Please carefully check the cancellation policy for each hotel as they differ.
The Riviera Hotel

How to Reserve: To reserve your rooms with the LWOW rate, email the hotel directly at vera.moura@rivierahotel.pt or reservas@rivierahotel.pt, and mention the booking code LWOWSPRINT. A credit card will be required to secure the reservation.
Room Options + Rates: ALL rooms held for LWOW have two beds: one double bed plus one twin size bed.
-Single occupancy, 4-night stay rates start at €376. -Double occupancy, 4-night stay rates start at €424.
The hotel will hold these special rate rooms until 01 March 2026, first come, first served. After that date, rooms at these prices cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation possible up to 72 hours before arrival. Cancellations within 72 hours or on the arrival day will be charged one night at the agreed rate. No-shows will be charged the full stay. Please reconfirm terms with hotel.
