Dustin passionately embraces new opportunities to build inclusive and regenerative economies. Isabel Parker | White & Case, Chief Innovation Officer | Linkedin

Isabel Parker is Chief Innovation Officer at White & Case, where she leads the firm’s global innovation strategy. She heads the Practice Solutions function, overseeing Business Intelligence, Practice Technology, Research and Market Intelligence, and Knowledge Management. Working closely with lawyers, clients, and business professionals, Isabel focuses on leveraging technology (including Generative AI),  to enhance client service, foster a culture of innovation, and keep White & Case at the forefront of the legal industry.

Isabel joined White & Case from Deloitte Legal, where she was a partner and global lead for its Gen AI practice. She is the author of Successful Digital Transformation in Law Firms: A Question of Culture. She has been named one of the Financial Times’ 10 Most Innovative Lawyers in Europe and is a recipient of the European Women in Legal Tech Award. In 2023, Isabel was appointed to the Lawtech UK advisory panel supporting the UK Ministry of Justice, and she is an Honorary Fellow of the World Commerce and Contracting Association. She speaks on AI, digital transformation, and the future of legal services.


Marcia Narine Weldon | University of Miami Law School, Law Professor | Linkedin

Marcia Narine Weldon is a General Counsel, executive coach, and leadership strategist whose work spans law, governance, emerging technology, and human performance. She brings experience across BigLaw, Fortune 500 leadership, startups, nonprofits, and academia to advising organizations navigating complexity and change. Marcia is Director of the Transactional Skills Program at University of Miami School of Law, where she teaches future lawyers practical contract drafting and negotiation through real-world simulations. She also designs and delivers training for law firms and executives on compliance, governance, and leadership. Previously, Marcia held senior roles including Deputy General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Privacy Officer, and Divisional HR Head at a Fortune 500 company, leading global compliance, ethics, privacy, ESG, and employment law programs. Today, through her firm Illuminating Wisdom, she advises organizations on compliance, governance, leadership development, and responsible AI. Her work and insights have been featured in leading global media, and she has testified before Congress on corporate compliance and ethics.


Margarida Lima Rego | NOVA School of Law, Law Professor and Dean | Linkedin

Margarida Lima Rego is Full Professor and Dean of NOVA School of Law at NOVA University Lisbon, where she has taught since 2005. She coordinates the School’s PhD Programme and the NOVA Knowledge Centre for Data-Driven Law, and teaches courses in Law of Obligations, Hard Cases, and EU Insurance Law. A scholar with a focus on Contract and Private Law, Margarida previously practiced civil and commercial law and was Of Counsel at Morais Leitão, where she led the insurance, reinsurance, and pension funds team before transitioning fully to academia in 2019.  Since 2021, she has served on the Board of Appeal of the European Supervisory Authorities (EBA, ESMA, and EIOPA) and was elected Vice-President in 2024. She also holds leadership roles within AIDA Portugal, AIDA Europe, AIDA World, and the International Chamber of Commerce. She holds degrees from the University of Lisbon and the University of Oxford, and obtained both her PhD and Agregação in Private Law at NOVA University Lisbon.


Margarida Saragoça | VdA, Business and Knowledge Director | Linkedin

Margarida Saragoça, Business & Knowledge Director at VdA, has over 30 years of experience in the legal market. She holds a law degree from the Portuguese Catholic University, an LL.M. in European Law from the College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium), and a Master’s in Law Firm Management from George Washington University (USA). Margarida is currently a doctoral researcher at Warwick Business School (UK). At VdA, she coordinates six major business units: Client Value, New Frontier Business, Business & Practice Analytics, Knowledge Management, Knowledge Integration, and Quality & Innovation. She is a member of the Executive Committee, the Innovation Committee, and LegalClub, a forum that brings together in-house counsel to foster peer exchange and networking. She is regularly invited to speak at international conferences and events on pricing and innovation in professional services firms.



Nikki Keat | Disney EMEA, Chief Counsel and Head of Legal | Linkedin

Nikki is Chief Counsel and Head of Legal for Disney EMEA, responsible for the legal department across the region. Nikki joined Disney in 1996 in the Paris office after 10 years working as a media litigator in London. Her career path in Disney has been anything but linear as she moved from litigation to Head of Legal for Consumer Products EMEA, Emerging Markets EMEA and then a stint for 4 years as Chief Regional Counsel Latin America splitting her time between Buenos Aires and Paris. From 2019 she held the role as Deputy Chief Counsel for Disney Consumer Products International adding APAC to her EMEA and LATAM responsibilities.


Soledad Atienza Beceril |IE Law School, Law Professor and Dean| Linkedin

Soledad Atienza is Professor of Law and Dean of IE Law School, bringing extensive academic experience and a global vision for legal education. She holds a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from IE University, an Executive MBA from IE Business School, a Certificate in European Studies from the University of Saarland in Germany, and a law degree from CEU San Pablo University in Spain. She was also a visiting student at Cornell University in New York. Her expertise focuses on comparative law and legal education.

Before entering academia, she practiced law at Pérez-Llorca. She has served as Co-Chair of the International Bar Association’s Commission on the Future of Legal Services and currently co-directs the Pérez-Llorca & IE Chair in Commercial and Business Law. She is also a member of the Editorial Board of the European Journal of Legal Education and serves as Co-President of the Law Schools Global League (LSGL).
