WHY BE A LWOW SPONSOR?
2026 marks the 15th anniversary of LawWithoutWalls—a rare and remarkable milestone that few nonprofits reach. It’s a testament to the strength of our global community and its relentless energy, creativity, and inclusion. For 15 years, we’ve brought together students, legal professionals, business leaders, and academics to reimagine how law, business and tech connect—across borders, disciplines, and generations.
As a nonprofit, we rely on the generosity of our sponsors and donors to make this mission possible. Your support fuels our ability to hone skillsets and mindsets, foster cross-generational collaboration, and ignite real, lasting impact.
By becoming a sponsor or donor of any kind, you’re doing far more than supporting a single event—you’re investing in a movement. Your contribution helps us empower the next generation of changemakers in legal education and practice. Whether you fund a team, sponsor a stage, support a student, or make a general donation, you become part of the LWOW story—and help us write its next chapter.

WAYS TO SPONSOR
1. SPONSOR A LWOW SPRINT TEAM + PICK THE TOPIC CHALLENGE
A corporate legal department, law firm, or legal services company commits to sponsoring/funding a team of 2-4 professional participants for the LWOW Sprint. The Sponsor picks legal and/or business professionals to attend Sprint as a team and serve as Lead Hackers. Click here to see the LWOW Sprint Sponsor Booklet.
•LWOW assigns 2 to 4 law or business school students from around the world to the team to attend the Sprint and serve as Student Hackers.
•LWOW assigns 1 volunteer Mentor Hacker, 1 Innovation Coach and 1 Project Manager to the team whose backgrounds vary (lawyers, law technologists, business professionals, entrepreneurs, academics, etc).
•LWOW helps the Sponsor select a business-of-law or corporate social responsibility (or ESG) challenge that will be assigned to the team to solve.
•The team’s charge is to co-create the foundation of a viable solution to a narrowed problem over the course of three days and present the refined problem/solution in Ignite-Style format to a panel of multi-disciplinary judges (including venture capitalists) who ask questions and provide feedback.
2.SPONSOR A LWOW “POPUP” MIXER
LWOW PopUps are short, interactive, community and skills building events designed to help introduce LWOW to a mix of newcomers and provide refreshers to prior participants in LWOW. Hosted in key global hubs, PopUps vary in content and form, however, each PopUp includes an interactive exercise related to teaming or creative collaborative problem finding and solving at the intersection of innovation, technology and law. The main goals are to build networks and accelerate the community’s knowledge and skills on how to lead or leverage change in the legal ecosystem. PopUps are usually two hour events and conclude with a fun cocktail celebration. For more information on PopUps, click here.
3.SPONSOR A COMMUNITY CELEBRATION AT SPRINT 2026
Facilitate celebration, networking, and community engagement at in-person Sprints by sponsoring and/or hosting a cocktail party, luncheon, or community party. Sponsor will receive website and on-site signage along with co-branding. The celebratory event can feature short remarks by the sponsor. Sponsor may also host event games, branded giveaways; e.g., pens, notebooks, mugs, etc.
4.GIVE A GIFT OF KNOWLEDGE
Give the gift of knowledge by sponsoring a book for LWOW Sprint attendees. Book is co-selected by Sponsor and LWOW team. Book is presented with branding and message from Sponsor (e.g., a ribbon, card, or name plate co-branded with the Sponsor and LWOW logos). Sponsor will also receive website signage.
5.SPONSOR THE CONPOSIUM STAGE
As a ConPosium Stage Sponsor, you’ll help set the tone by delivering the opening remarks—offering a brief welcome to attendees and sharing your perspective on the importance of collaboration and innovation in the legal industry. This sponsorship reflects your support for the next generation of changemakers and your commitment to driving meaningful dialogue across disciplines. In addition to this speaking role, your organization will be recognized with branding on stage, on the LWOW website, in social media shout-outs, and in select print and digital materials associated with the event.
