A: Attendees should check in to their hotels by Thursday, 12 March 2026 and may depart on Monday, 16 March 2026.

Q: What am I wearing?

A: The recommended dress code is business smart casual (be comfortable, jeans welcomed, no joggers/sweats & no ties please ;-).

Light layers work best—long sleeves, a sweater and wind-proof jacket or sweater as daytime highs are usually around 16–19°C, with cooler evenings at 10–12°C. Spring weather in Carcavelos is mild and coastal—but can be windy!

Comfortable walking shoes are a must. We will be walking to/from the campus and throughout the town of Carcavelos daily.
