LWOW Sprint 2025: What to Know

Q: Where is Sprint 2025?

A: University of Buckingham (UOB) in Buckingham, U.K.:  All 3 days of Sprint 2025 will be held on or near the campus of the University of Buckingham, 90 minutes from the centre of London. The University of Buckingham and Sprint Host Buckingham Law School is in the historic market town of Buckingham.  A coach will pick up participants outside the Leonardo hotel at 8am each morning to take you to the University of Buckingham from Milton Keynes.

Q: How do I get from London to Milton Keynes by train?

A: From Heathrow, you can travel by uber, taxi or*Underground to London Euston Station and board a direct Avanti West Coast or London Northwestern Railway train to Milton Keynes Central.

  • Duration: 30-40 minutes, depending on the train type.

  • Cost: £10-£30, depending on ticket type and time of booking (book earlier for cheaper rates).

Q: Where am I staying?

A: Milton Keynes (Town Near UOB): To accommodate the size and diverse hotel needs of our community, the LWOW Travel Team recommends booking accommodations in nearby Milton Keynes, 20 minutes from Buckingham. MK serves as a central train hub connecting London and other locations.

For your ease, we’ll provide daily coach/bus transportation to and from Milton Keynes and Buckingham.

Q: When should I arrive? 

A: Attendees should check in to their hotels by Thursday, 13 March 2025 and may depart on Monday, 17 March 2025.

Q: What am I wearing?

A: The recommended dress code is business smart/casual (be comfortable, jeans welcomed, no joggers/sweats & no ties please ;-).

Warm and waterproof outerwear is also recommended—after all, it is an English March!

Comfortable walking shoes are a must. We are on a university campus and will be walking to several venues on site, daily.
