Anita Ritchie is a veteran of creating innovative branding and marketing strategies for multinational consumer brands at global ad agencies. Anita has also worked in publishing at the award-winning daily newspaper The South China Morning Post in Hong Kong and was a Founding Partner/General Manager of one of China’s first joint-venture publishing companies, which launched City Weekend, quoted by Time Out Magazine, "As one of China's first major English-language lifestyle media outlets that paved the way for other media outlets in China looking to connect English-speaking residents with the cities they live in."
Residing in Boston after 16 years as an expat in Asia and Europe, Anita brings her valuable global business and culture insights to consult for clients seeking to have meaningful relationships with diverse groups of stakeholders. Chief Innovation Officer
James Peters directs product development strategies and manages regulatory compliance related to new legal services offerings as the Vice President of New Market Initiatives for LegalZoom. James received a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. Legal Technology Officer
Having first participated in LawWithoutWalls as a student in 2016, Felix signed on to LWOW as a volunteer, assisting in tech and legal design. Six years later, Felix is the backbone of LWOW Sprint, instrumental in the design and execution of events that bring participants together in-person as well as virtually from across five continents. Felix is also LWOW’s seriously talented resident DJ, a hobby he relishes and that LWOW benefits from. Outside of LWOW, Felix is an Associate at Eversheds Sutherland in the Commercial (Technology) team and Board Member of BVL, a social mobility charity which runs projects to help students from state schools explore the UK legal system. | LinkedIn
Brand + Community Officer
Amir runs Axiom’s Social Media and UK Marketing, with an additional focus on Brand and Product Marketing. Amir was selected as the inaugural LWOW Intern in 2014, after his time as a student in the first-ever LWOW-X program. Since then, he has been integral to LWOW’s social media and event strategy and execution, as well as reshaping and managing the Alumni community, screening applications, and interviewing subsequent LWOW interns, alumni advisors, and students. Amir graduated with an LLM from UCL in 2014 and LLB from the University of Manchester in 2013. Amir is vehemently passionate about music, the environment, and mental health, undertaking a guerrilla social media “Movember” charity campaign; to date, he has raised £18K+. Linkedin | amir@lwow.org
Sprint Lead Coordinator
Tiffany brings her planning and organizational talents to the role of Sprint Lead Coordinator at LawWithoutWalls. Tiffany received her B.A. from the University of Miami in American Studies, along with two minors in Criminology and Communication Studies. She received her JD from the University of Miami School of Law in 2022. Raised in Miami, Florida, Tiffany is fluent in English and Spanish. Tiffany joined LWOW in 2020 as a Research Assistant and has continued in different roles within the LWOW community. Katherine is an aspiring filmmaker who aims to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Communication and Media with a track in Digital TV + Multimedia Production at Florida International University. She was born and raised in Guatire, Venezuela, and came to the US in 2018. She has a background in law as she previously attended Law School at Universidad Central de Venezuela from 2016-2018. Katherine has worked in the healthcare industry, serving as a Training Specialist for the HR department. She loves spending time with her family and watching incredible film works. Summer 2024 Research Assistant
Anahat is a rising 2L at the University of Miami School of Law where she serves as the Vice President for Human Rights Society. Prior to law school, Anahat earned her B.A. in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Temple University where she was the President of the Fashion & Business Club and won her school’s annual Start-Up Competition. With a background in fashion buying and consulting, Anahat is passionate about bringing her creativity and innovation to legal challenges and is excited about the prospect of participating in the 2025 Sprint. Her international upbringing in India and across the U.S. has instilled in her a commitment to nurturing cross-cultural relationships and adapting to the global landscape of today. | LinkedIn

Ani is a third-year law student at the University of Miami School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, where she majored in Government and minored in French. Ani serves as President of UM Law’s student chapter of the Cuban American Bar Association and as a junior staff editor for the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review. She joined LWOW as a Research Assistant during the summer of 2022, participated as a Student Hacker in the 2023 Sprint in Switzerland, and returned as a Sprint 2024 RA. | LinkedIn
2024 Research Assistant
Caitlin is a third-year law student at the University of Miami School of Law. Before law school, Caitlin earned her B.A. in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Miami in 2021. As a law student, Caitlin serves as a staff editor for the University of Miami Law Review and is an active member of the Children and Family Law Society. Upon graduation from law school, Caitlin will be joining Hamilton O'Neill PLLC, a boutique family law firm in Downtown Miami, as an Associate, after dedicating her second and third years in law school there as a law clerk. While Caitlin found her passion in family law, she has enjoyed working in other areas of law as well, including complex commercial litigation and while collar criminal defense. | LinkedIn
2024 Research Assistant
Dhruvi is a Double Masters student in Lawyering and Legal Consulting at IE Law School in Madrid, Spain. During her undergraduate years at IE, she was a fundamental part of IE Debate Club, the Cheerleading team and co-founded IE's own Model UN Conference. She is extremely passionate about Legaltech and Legal Design. Outside of academics, she is a culinary enthusiast and an event planner. As a student in Spain who hails from India, she speaks multiple languages among which are English, Spanish and Hindi. Natalia is passionate about people, learning, democracy, human rights and the rule of law. A former choir member, she is a singer and enjoys writing and creating her own music. She has lived in Brighton, Barcelona, Madrid and now in Bath where she is studying at the University of Bath. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoys studying French. In recent years she has interned at the NatWest Group in the Outsourcing, Technology and IP Legal team, RSGI and the International Bar Association. Sprint Student Intern 2023
Connor is a junior at Dartmouth College, majoring in English with a concentration in Creative Writing, minoring in Film Studies. At Dartmouth, he contributes to the Opinion and Cartoon section for The Dartmouth newspaper, writes for the Dartmouth Jack-O-Lantern humor magazine, and hosts a show for the school's radio channel. In the summer of 2022, Connor interned for MiddKid Productions, a Los Angeles-based production company, in addition to working as a server at one of South Florida's busiest restaurants. Sprint Student Intern 2023-2024
Veronica is a junior at the University of Vermont, Burlington in the College of Community Development and Applied Economics, studying how sustainable development can impact communities. She also double minors in Mandarin and Film & Television Studies with a focus on documentary filmmaking. True to her passion for impactful community outreach, Veronica has her own radio show on WRUV 90.1, UVM’s student-run and publicly broadcasted radio station. Her show ‘Head Noddin, Brain Shakin’ covers local news, activism and promotes local artists and music. She is a member of the UVM Photography Club, UVMtv and Film Club and often attends workshops at The Media Factory, a community of local media makers. Sprint Student Intern 2022-2023
Sean Dealy is a sophomore at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is a financial literacy advocate and in 2021 co-founded the nonprofit FLOW, which stands for Financial Literacy Outreach Workshop, a program that educates K through 12 students in underserved communities on the topic of financial literacy and investing. The program includes mentoring as well as a future plan to help fund starter investment portfolios for these students. His interests outside of school include drawing, film, history, physics, and improvisational theater. | LinkedIn
Sprint Junior Ambassador 2022-2024
Bella is a senior at Needham High School in Needham, Massachusetts. Having lived and traveled abroad extensively, Bella is passionate about fostering cross-cultural connections among global youth. In the 2021-2022 academic year, Bella was awarded a scholarship by the Quincy STEM Career & Exploration Program, sponsored by the Youth Ambassadors Team of the U.S. Department of State, where she collaborated with Middle Eastern peers on researching global leadership opportunities in STEM fields. She volunteers for Generic Ministry, a local charity providing clothing & food to Boston homeless populations, and recently interned at the MA State Senate where she researched House and Senate Bills and attended congressional hearings. Michele is an author, speaker, and consultant on innovation, culture creation, and teaming. Through her company MOVEL∆W, Michele creates bespoke, experiential-learning workshops grounded in design thinking to transform how lawyers collaborate and create culture change. Michele writes about the growing intersections between law, business, and legal innovation. She is the author of the recently published Leader Upheaval: A Guide to Client-Centricity, Culture Creation, and Collaboration, which is complemented by The Leader Upheaval Handbook: Lead Teams on an Innovation & Collaboration Journey with The 3-4-5 Method™.
