Sponsor Information Deadlines

  • 15 October 2018: Sponsoring organization to invite/select participants for the Topic Expert (1) and Team Leader (2 or 3) spots

  • 19 November 2018: Sponsoring organization to confirm names of participants with LWOW Team and begin discussing possible options for the Topic Challenge

  • 1 December 2018: Sponsoring organization to send Topic Challenge selection to LWOW Team

EVENT DATES

  • 19–20 January 2019: LWOW KickOff @ IE University (Segovia, Spain; approx. 25 min. train from Madrid) Note: Team Leader and Topic Expert attendance at the KickOff is fundamental to understanding the program, community integration, and team bonding.

  • 14–15 April 2019: LWOW ConPosium @ the University of Miami (Coral Gables, FL) Note: Team Leaders play a role in the team’s final presentation and should plan to attend the ConPosium; Topic Experts are highly encouraged to attend as well.
