She is an improviser, a writer and a passionate advocate for increasing collaboration, empathy, and mindfulness in corporate culture. Susan is the founder and principal of New Vistas Consulting, a management consulting firm specializing in legal and financial industries. Internationally recognized author, keynote speaker, executive coach, and former general counsel, Susan’s expertise includes networking, organizational design and professional development. Her groundbreaking book, A Lawyer's Guide to Networking, published by the ABA is now in its second edition.

Susan serves as the Teaming Coach for LWOW. She works with law and business students and their academic and professional mentors on issues of emotional intelligence, leadership and teamwork. Self-described as the teams’ biggest fan, Susan uses an empathic approach yet is direct and honest in guiding the teams to success. Her no nonsense style, laced with humor, allows the teams to trust her guidance.

Parker Voss is a poet, producer, and designer based in New York City. His background includes in-house design at Theory and for clients such as Lady Gaga; production for fashion photography & advertising for major brand campaigns such as Saint Laurent, Coach, Hugo Boss, Vogue and Revlon; and poetry at branded events for Google, Bloomberg, Willkie and The New York Times.
