Like many countries, the U.K. requires that your passport should be valid for at least SIX months after your departure date. If you're stopped at airport security with a soon-to-expire passport, you may not be allowed to board your flight. In 2025, most visitors to the UK (incl U.S. citizens) will need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) or a Visa to travel to the country, unless they are exempt. Accommodations: As per LWOW tradition, you will be sharing your hotel room at Sprint 2025 with another LWOW student. Roommates will be paired by gender. If you prefer not to pair with a roommate, please indicate so below (NOTE: the costs of your Sprint accommodations is more for a single vs. shared double room).
