Anita Ritchie is a veteran of creating innovative branding and marketing strategies for consumer brands both in the United States and Asia. An unabashed lover of journalism, Anita was a founding partner/General Manager of one of China’s first joint-venture publishing companies which launched City Weekend, quoted by Time Out Magazine, "As one of China's first major English-language lifestyle media outlets that paved the way for other media outlets in China looking to connect English-speaking residents with the cities they live in." Anita has also worked as community liaison and Director of Special Projects for the award-winning newspaper The South China Morning Post in Hong Kong.
Currently residing in Boston after 16 years as an expat in Asia and Europe, Anita brings her valuable global business and culture insights to consult for clients seeking to have meaningful relationships with diverse groups of stakeholders. James Peters directs product development strategies and manages regulatory compliance related to new legal services offerings as the Vice President of New Market Initiatives for LegalZoom. James received a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a member of the State Bar of California and is a solicitor in England and Wales. | Linkedin
Brand + Community Officer
Amir runs Axiom’s Social Media and UK Marketing, with an additional focus on Brand and Product Marketing. Amir was selected as the inaugural LWOW Intern in 2014, after his time as a student on the first ever LWOW X program. Since then, he has been integral to LWOW’s social media and event strategy and execution, as well as reshaping and managing the Alumni community, screening applications and interviewing subsequent LWOW interns, alumni advisors and students. Amir graduated with an LLM from UCL in 2014 and LLB from the University of Manchester in 2013. Amir is vehemently passionate about music, the environment and mental health, undertaking a guerrilla social media “Movember” charity campaign; to date, he has raised £18K+.

Tiffany is a year two law student at the University of Miami School of Law. Tiffany received a BA with Departmental Honors in American Studies from the University of Miami, along with two minors in Criminology and Communication Studies. Tiffany is a 2020 Access to Just Tech Fellow, where she created a technology interface for inter-organizational communication and document sharing for Legal Aid of Greater Miami. Passionate about education, Tiffany has worked as a kindergarten teacher and combines her passions for law and education by being a part of Miami Law’s Dean’s Fellow Program and the Street Law Program.
Community Ambassador
Natalia is passionate about people and learning. A former choir member, she is training as a singer and enjoys writing and creating her own music. She has lived in Brighton, Barcelona and Madrid, she is bilingual in English and Spanish, enjoys studying French and is currently an A-level student at Holyport College in Windsor. Over recent years she has been a summer intern at Redstone Consultants in London and The Iberian Legal Group in Madrid and has trained as a mediator, for three years resolving intra-student disputes at her school. In 2019, Natalia was both an administrative assistant and participant during the Y Women Academy - a pro-bono leadership initiative for young women leaders. She is also passionate about the environment and was recently selected to attend COP26, the UN Climate conference on behalf of the UKSSN, where she attended and participated in talks, panels and interviews.
Community Ambassador Elect
Bella is a student at Needham High School in Needham, Massachusetts. Having lived and traveled abroad extensively, Bella is passionate about fostering cross-cultural connection among global youth. In the 2021-2022 academic year, Bella was awarded a scholarship by the Quincy STEM Career & Exploration Program, sponsored by the Youth Ambassadors Team of the U.S. Department of State, where she collaborated with Middle Eastern peers on researching global leadership opportunities in STEM fields. She volunteers for Generic Ministry, a local charity providing clothing & food to Boston homeless populations, and is a member of the Key Club, an international organization that aims to develop leadership through service. During the school year, Bella is also a three season track athlete and enjoys playing club soccer.
Sprint 2022 Community Volunteer
Sean Dealy is an honor student at Horace Greeley High School in Chappaqua, New York, graduating in 2023. He is a member of the Student Leadership Council and he plays on the CYSC Club Soccer Team. In 2021 he founded the nonprofit, FLOW, which stands for Financial Literacy Outreach Workshop, a program that educates K through 12 students in underserved communities on the topic of financial literacy and investing. The program includes mentoring as well as a future plan to help fund starter investment portfolios for these students. Sean is currently enrolled in the 2022 Wake Forest Summer Immersion Program where he will further his studies in economics and finance. His interests outside of school include drawing, film, history, physics and improvisational theater.

Kate is a Junior at Barnard College, New York, majoring in sociology, minoring in French and dance. Her goal is to pursue a career in law with a focus on human rights, women’s rights and social justice. Kate is passionate about raising awareness for women's rights and social justice and has founded, led and is actively engaged in organizations that promote gender equality. She is a member of She's The First, an organization that fights gender inequality through education and participates in multiple pre-law societies at Barnard College and Columbia University.

David is a rising senior at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine and is majoring in philosophy with concentrations in the ancient world and religious studies. He is interested in pursuing a career in law with a focus on social justice. Previously, he has interned with the JDRF, an organization which raises funds in order to finance a cure for Type 1 diabetes. In his free time, he enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, listening to music, and going on hikes.

Reading is a high school student at Ransom Everglades in Miami, Florida with a passion for social justice and how social media and photography affect communities and individuals. In addition to being a Community Ambassador for LWOW, she is the founder of a non-profit endeavor, Photogetherness, which brings a sense of community through photography to group resident homes in South Florida. Reading is captain of her soccer team and president of Students Against Distracted Driving.
2019 KickOff Community Volunteer
Kate is a senior at Mercer Island High School in Mercer Island, Washington. She enjoys business and is a two-time state qualifier at DECA. She has a passion for travel and exploring new cultures and has visited over 30 countries. In her free time she loves music and singing. Kate is an active member of the Mercer Island varsity cheer team and a mentor for the Sparkle Effect Cheer Squad, made up with students with disabilities.

Connor is a high school student with a passion for innovation, business, music, photography and writing. He is the president of the Pine Crest Innovation Club, founder of the PC Bugle Student Newspaper, and a staff writer for the PC Type One student newspaper. Connor completed a 2018 Congressional internship and an internship at the LAB Miami. In his free time, Connor also writes live music reviews for a blog that he created called The Norris Report. Recognized by the ABA as a Legal Rebel and by the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers (North America) as one of top 20 most innovative lawyers, Michele is a professor at the University of Miami School of Law, guest faculty in Harvard Law School Executive Education program, and the founder. Michele is an author, speaker, and consultant on innovation, culture creation, and teaming. Through her company MOVEL∆W, Michele creates bespoke, experiential-learning workshops grounded in design thinking to transform how lawyers collaborate and create culture change. Michele writes about the growing intersections between law, business, and legal innovation. She has recently published two books. Her book, Legal Upheaval: A Guide to Creativity, Collaboration, and Innovation in Law leverages more than 100 interviews with General Counsels at international corporations and Heads of Innovation at law firms. The other book, New Suits: Appetite for Disruption in the Legal World (co-curated with Dr. Guenther Dobrauz) includes chapters by experts in law, innovation, and technology to provide a global perspective on the future of our diverse legal service delivery ecosystem.
